when I started shipping it if I did: probably from the beginning? I can’t really think of a time when I didn’t ship it, honestly.

my thoughts: 

What makes me happy about them: even death can’t tear them apart.

What makes me sad about them:

things done in fanfic that annoys me: I haven’t really read that much fanfic, so I don’t really know about anything to be annoyed by. There is one thing I can think of that isn’t exactly fic related, and I wouldn’t say it annoys me because everyone can interpret a character however they wish, it’s just a different view from how I personally characterize them: okay so, I see a lot of suave, seductive Salazars and blushing, bashful Lesaros, which is different to how I imagine them, at least in romantic situations (not necessarily with each other). 

In my mind, to put it simply: Lesaro has game, and Salazar doesn’t. At all. He looks like he would, Mr. Tall, Dark, and Handsome, but no. The man’s pretty much spent his whole life devoted to annihilating pirates, that doesn’t really leave time for learning how to wine and dine people. Now unassuming Lesaro, on the other hand, may not look the part of a Romeo, but guess who has several lovers scattered across the seven seas? (He’s not a love em and leave em type though, don’t get me wrong; very generous and respectful.)

things I look for in fanfic: ^I guess that right there

Who I’d be comfortable them ending up with, if not each other: *drops this here*

My happily ever after for them: alive; Armando apologizes for all the bullshit

who is the big spoon/little spoon: they take turns, though I see Lesaro being the bigger spoon more often than not.

it’s a picture of a shopping list (possibly written on a dry-erase board, I forget) with a lot of excessive items written on it (the main thing I remember is like, a shit-ton of candles). 

this is salazar, impulsive as fuck  

and, in red ink, someone crossed out things/added comments to the effect of ‘no, we’re not getting that/that’s too much’, and in the candle section, ‘You can buy TWO candles.’
