h for jo, w for sajia, l for rahim :D
H: Home - What things (objects, sensations or people) remind them they’re safe after a scary situation?
For Jo, it’s usually a person. The comfort of a close friend, a partner, or a family member is usually her best reminder that she’s safe. Her personal connections are the most important thing to her.Â
W: Why? - How did they process what happened to them?
Sajia has a never-ending hope and optimism that she passed on to her daughter. She is the sort to believe that there is a reason for everything that happens- however awful it may be- because she always has the hope that thing swill get better in the future.Â
I: Isolation - How do they soothe themselves when no one is around to soothe them?
The whole family is the same way in this regard (even though Sajia actually sleeps). Rahim keeps busy. He’ll go spar with someone, review war plans, practice magic training etc. The work itself is soothing and keeps him from dwelling on whatever failure or apprehension is on his mind.
