think one of most helpful things learned is that when feel bad or stressed and donât know why, check on body needs.
whenâs last time ate something? whenâs last time drank something? whenâs last time used bathroom? is part of or all of body hot and/or cold? do clothes feel wrong? is it very loud or very bright?
can help a lot to have checklist, mental or physical, of those sort things to go through when feel that way. Might not be cause of bad feeling, but at least for us, a lot of time it makes feeling lot worse.
