and about the ideas for this particular plotbunny:

basically, it's a story that explores splinter's asshole side (because, let's face it, he's not a loving father, he's an abusive, manipulative bastard in any incarnation)in this specific one, he sexually abuses both leo and raph (who aren't aware of the other being in the same situation)with raph, it's mostly a punishment thing. with leo, it's more complicated. leo, at some point, developes a coping mechanism that makes him crave his father's affection and support, even if it is in the form of more (sexual) abuse. for leo, being raped/forced to service splinter equals a reward, because splinter will always tell leo how proud he is and how well he's done. splinter threatens both boys to keep quiet about it, or he'll involve the youngest two (mikey and donnie)of course, neither raph nor leo would ever, ever risk that and they play along. that is, until leo finds out that raph's in the same situation as he is. and, after a horrible coincidence, donnie finds out that raph's being abused regularly mostly, it's one moment when raph is overpowered and taken by some foot soldiers that end up raping him. when donnie throws several fits about it, raph tries to calm him and shrug it off by saying it's not the first time and that it's not that big a deal. at that moment, he's too tired and too sore to think about what he's saying and donnie throws even more of a fit. in the end, donnie and mikey figure out what's going on and they step up to switch roles with their bigger brothers, to be the ones to protect them instead of the other way around. when splinter threatens raph with the possibilty of moving on to mikey or donnie, raph flips his lid and attacks himbecause nobody ever, EVER touches his precious baby brothers. they end up leaving the lair and splinter behind to seek refuge at the farmhouse. the story's SO not finished and polished yet, so there's also one little idea (that probably won't actually be a part of it) about a very unwanted hybrid pregnancy that aborts itself.whooi have a headcanon that raph was born female but mutated male, so he's got both genders and he's able to get pregnant. yeah, i love going there. not sure if it's too much for this story, tho. it'd add to the angst.
