Annnnd they just announced that there won't be another Charticon, due to an inability to get the funding together. This makes me really sad--I was hoping to see the Transformers fandom rally around a smaller convention, in light of the monsters that Botcon and TFCon have turned into and how everyone complains. Last year was an awesome time, even if we did only go out for the day to spend time with Paul and his wife.
