Sabbath 'tis be around the corner..
"We are probably all familiar with the fact that God created the world in six days, and on the seventh day He rested. He blessed the seventh day, calling it the Sabbath and commanded it to be a day of rest. But I was wondering the other day, do we ever actually take real down time as He asked us to do? Do we ever go an entire day without turning on electronics, doing homework, housework, or any other kind of work? I'm not trying to get caught up in the logistics of it all; I just can't help but wonder if we ever REALLY take a day off. I have tried to, but it's so hard to unplug from life for an entire day. To make it possible, you really do have to FINISH your work in six days. That leaves the seventh day open for praising God. To be a day set apart for worshiping Him. Is it possible? Yes. But do we do it? - That is the real question"
