Lighthouse Manor

Throughout the legacy I’m doing I’ve repeatedly tried to build a big, preppy Cape Cod for my Willow Creek, but abandoned all of my tries... until now! I stuck this one out! It took maybe a week to complete, and I’m really happy with it! I am digging making houses with gambrel roofs right now.

The version shown and uploaded to the gallery (Lighthouse Manor @Llewella7) has NO CC. It was disappointing trying to mostly furnish a house like this that way, so when/if I play it ever I’ll have to redo a lot of it. 🤷‍♀️

This house is meant for the Oakenstead lot. It features:

front patio with fireplace

gardener’s shed

attached 2-car and 1-car garages

banquet and breakfast rooms plus two outdoor dining areas

library with window seating

wrap-around porch

saltwater pool and hot tub with adjacent fireplace and dining veranda

master suite with outdoor living and fireplace

three large bedroom suites plus empty bonus room upstairs

faux lighthouse and captain’s walk

partially built basement to be expanded on, currently includes home theater and gym
