i don't think we appreciate s3e7 ‘son of coma guy’ enough. i mean.. at the beginning wilson confronts house about having to lie to the cops to save him from jail but house deflects. coma guy asks have you ever been in love? house says yes and the camera cuts to wilson???? insane. house avoiding answering ever loved anybody else? what are you even hiding like!!! plus house telling coma guy he could ask him any question, even if it destroyed his privacy, his dignity and he just looks at wilson-- wilson’s i associate with you through choice, and any relationship that involves choice, you have to see how far you can push before it breaks. and later on house's you lied to the cops enough for me. maybe i don't wanna push this till it breaks. and wilson just softens and smiles because he knows what this means, what it takes house to say it. so he gets out and immediately plans an alibi for house. they know each other to the core. it's all so intimate to me.
they are fucking insane. i love them. but i kinda hate them too. affectionately.
