It's worth noting that Slick destroyed the clock with his trusty anti-time crowbar.

Now, the clock hasn't been shown to possess any time-manipulation abilities, but it is, y'know, a clock. I'd say the odds are fairly high that it qualifies as a temporal artifact, but I have no idea what it would actually mean to 'negate its effect on the timeline'. I doubt it's going to nullify Vriska's death judgement, but it might make things more complicated.

To be honest, the Crowbar's continued presence in the story is a little ominous. It was fairly benign in the low-stakes world of the Intermission, where the worst it would do was bully Eggs, but Homestuck is an entirely different ball game. This story is lousy with powerful time artifacts, and the consequences of nullifying them could be disastrous. What would happen, for example, if someone used it to break the Scratch Construct? Or - gods forbid - Skaia?

Oh, nice. That's got to be worth at least 1000G.

We know he can't hurt Jade, but Dave's the only one who hasn't lost a 'self yet. He's ripe for the killing.

I'm sure Vriska still has plenty of mischief to get up to in the Dream Bubbles - but for now, it's curtains for the Thief of Light.

She also doesn't understand the concept of a parent, though, so I feel obligated to defend her a little.

This apology was probably genuine, but I still don't think she understands how supremely fucked up it was to hide this from him. After all, the closest thing she had to a mother was an evil spider - one that she was probably ecstatic to see the back of.

You'd expect someone like Scratch to dismiss his subordinates with a simple snap of his fingers, or a casual use of First Guardian teleportation. The fact that he's politely shooing Snowman is great; it's a surprisingly human gesture for the Doc, and it's honestly kind of cute.

Maybe her link to the Alternian Genesis Frog renders her impossible for Scratch to teleport, since he'd technically need to teleport an entire universe - or, just maybe, Snowman is the one member of the Felt that Scratch actually respects.

That clock was definitely settling on [Just] before Slick went to town on it, and I'm entirely unsurprised.

It's not entirely clear how God Tier judgements are handed out, but it makes perfect sense that she'd be a villain in Sgrub's eyes. Vriska was a liability of a Player who'd needlessly murdered multiple teammates, gleefully sabotaged her own session, and was about to commence a doomed assault on Jack guaranteed to get everyone else killed, Aradia excepted.

Curt manners. Egregious womanizing. Murdering the help. Casual arson. [o] Even atrocious candy bowl etiquette. But it is the desecration of a priceless timepiece where I must draw the line. I'm afraid I must now insist that you take your beating quite personally.

The man's beating Slick's ass to the ground with Homestuck itself. I’ve been waiting to see how Scratch himself would mix it up, and it was absolutely worth the wait. The guy’s got style.

It's honestly a good thing that Vriska's already out of the picture. It'd really suck to watch someone read through a bunch of embarrassing texts you wrote, while you were awkwardly coming to terms with the fact that you're down bad for an alien.

It’s actually pretty interesting that Scratch fights like a brawler, since he really doesn't feel like the type to get his hands dirty. Maybe he's not quite as prim and proper as he makes himself out to be.

As for Slick, I’m just impressed at his constitution. He just took a blow that essentially tore a phone directory in two, and he's still on his feet.
