where is your go-to positive place when you’re feeling down/sad and what do you usually do?

my bathroom like every time i can’t fall asleep at night because i’m too sad, stressed or whatever i go there and paint my nails (sometimes three layers of different colours) and by the time i’m done it’s all gone and i can go back to bed and sleep like a baby
