it’s probably my sotc au because i rlly like the depths of despair mordred finds himself in..& then the way he gets his memories wiped and he has a clear slate and he’s able to finally be happy with chrysi. they’re allowed to just be themselves, happy, and they don’t have to worry abt anything else. i just feel like it’s the most merciful ending for them??? esp since mordred is soooooooo agonized all the time by his past. he’s finally free!!
