Well, I believed that G-ZER0ā²s Mint and silverBeatās Siyeon rumors a while back, but I think Mint and skyLectricās Angel look better together so Iāll stick with those rumors until I hear otherwise.Ā
I think after watching some of the bloopers released from the roller coaster to Busan, there is something going between Nam Euntae and Moon Yeonhee. Like you can try to say there isnāt, but youāre a liar lol. Did you see the way Euntae looked at her? He was lookinā at her like she was a damn SNACK.Ā
All these idols are so damn good at hiding these things though. Sometimes Iām like āoh hell yea they fuckināā and other times Iām like ānah they aināt shit.ā Itās like a damn guessing game. But those few I listed have been giving netizens something to speculate so Iām gonna hop on it too.Ā

dahye isnāt a person that does well with waiting. sheās often thinking far ahead in the future, ready to go on stage and sing her heart out right now immediately, and even the thought of having to sit and wait and watch other people perform before her is basically a form of torture. most of the time sheās restless, walking in circles or talking to anyone willing to pretend to listen to her, but thereās one performance of the night that actually has her silent and attentive with her eyes glued to the screen: aeon.
for several reasons, she finds herself drawn to the rookie group. being familiar with two of the members helped to draw her attention to their debut initially, but once she met them all, she found them to be endearing people, plus their music was catchy, making them an instant love in her book. being a variety hostess often meant her hyping up every group that promotes but her support for aeon is indeed genuine. unlike other groups, where she congratulates them as she comes across them, dahye puts in the effort to seek out the four members once the performances are over, whichever one she finds first.
letting out a quiet gasp once she concludes her search, dahye cups her hands up to her lips and yells out. āyah, moon yeonhee!ā
euntae could recognize that face anywhere. he remembers it all over the television, all over the music banks and debut lists. he remembers it from walks in the park, late night trips for ice cream, the smile that crossed it whenever he teased her . . .
. . . and it is the lastĀ thing he needs right now.
the bottle of water in his hand erupts as he suffocates it, drenching him (or at least drenching him more than he already was), and his costar next to him yelps with surprise as the droplets splash over her script (āoppa, are you okay?ā).
he was in the middle of filming a scene in the rain when he sees yeonhee. the top buttons of his shirt are undone and heās shivering, soaked to the core while the directors discuss the usefulness of the kiss scene heād just shot with his lead actress, and unfortunately it seemed to be at the forefront of Ā nobodyās mind to bring him a towel. sheās a fair distance away but being lead around by his coactor (distantly, euntaeās jealousy sparks just a little), and heās directing them towards euntae with a winning smile.
āand here is our talented villain,ā euntaeās coactor says with a laugh, leaning down to whisper conspiratorially in yeonheeās ear,Ā ādonāt worry, heās nothing like the roles he plays.ā
euntae glances at him, barely deciding that the other man isnāt worth his focus right now and silently willing him to go away, before addressing yeonhee.
āyeonhee-ssi,ā he begins formally and a little coldly, not caring about preserving a desirable image. itās only her, after all. āitās nice to see you back and promoting with another group. though i havenāt kept up with aeon that much. hardly at all, really.ā
(itās a low blow, and he wonders if the hurt it could cause will really be worth it.)
MIRAGE actor NAM EUNTAE and ATHENA of AEONās MOON YEONHEE a little too close on the set of RHYTHMSā TRAIN TO BUSAN
April 14th was the official date of Train to Busan casting, which Rhythms will be filming from the 20th until May the 2nd. Many actors and idols such as Jo Dahye, Choi Haesoo, and Jamie Jung. But it seems there has been something fishy going on between two of the leads of the movie, Moon Yeonhee and Nam Euntae.
Yeonhee is an idol under Prime that debuted with AEON as the āAthenaā. She has made her name in the business as āThe Nationās Ladyā which we can say has been called into question given her actions upon the set of Train to Busan in the past few weeks. Yeonhee is playing Jin-hee, the love interest of Yong-guk who is played by G-ZER0ās Jamie Jung, while Nam Euntae is playing the lead role of Seok-woo.
The clean image of the idol has been part of what has kept her and her group afloat, as well as the clean images of the other idols within the group. But sources say she has been seen a little too close to Mirage actor Nam Euntae on the set, and their behavior towards each other is being called into question. The couple had been seen back in 2011 together a bit more than the usual, but no rumors had surfaced because everyone had higher standards for Yeonhee. Yet, with them being casted into the same upcoming movie, sources have said that the two of them have been hanging around each other a lot more lately, and they even feel the two of them might be hiding something from the public. Others say they are just being friendly cast members, as they were only brought together again by the movie.
While Yeonhee has been held as one of the cleanest idols so far, and a scandal like this could make or break her career given it is being held on her record. Train to Busan is planning to promote on May the 2nd and premiering on May the 13th.
Do you think Yeonheeās career is on the line with this kind of scandal arising? And do you think her and Euntae have something theyāre hiding? Share you opinion below!

DISPATCH, 06/24/17: Prime Media has officially released information about āAthena,ā main vocalist, and visual, Moon Yeonhee, on AEONās official website! Yeonhee is a ā95 liner and has been beloved by fans since her debut in 2016. Find out more about Yeonhee below!
I, Moon Yeonhee, have read and understand the terms and conditions as my position of Athena (Main Vocalist, Visual) and agree to honor the standards that are to be expected of me as an employee of Prime.
Faceclaim: Kim Seolhyun
Name: Moon Yeonhee
Stage name (if applicable): N/A
Idol concept: Yeonheeās concept had always been elegance. Whether it was when she was in the two ex-groups or with AEON. Elegance and intelligence was what Yeonhee was marketed to be. While that is true to her personality, Yeonhee feels like she always has to uphold that elegance and find it hard to perform well on variety shows, feeling awkward despite loving the idea of being able to showcase her skills on the piano and with ballet. Dubbed as the Nationās Lady by fans, Yeonhee feels quite the opposite as privately, sheās quite an extrovert and loves being silly whenever she could.
Birth date and age: 15.05.1995, 21 (Going onto 22)
Company name: Prime
Group Name (if applicable): AEON
Group Position (if applicable): Athena (Main Vocalist, Visual)
Strengths: Singing and dancing are Yeonheeās forte. She especially good with music, having been playing the piano and the violin from a young age. She does ballet but has dabbled in other genres of dance and since becoming an idol, Yeonhee has become a Kpop dance encyclopedia, knowing almost every dance (most just the chorus or point dance).
Weaknesses: Yeonhee is especially bad with variety. Because of the lady-like image that she has to uphold, Yeonhee holds herself back when on variety shows. She would gladly perform a song or dance but if she was asked to act silly on camera (dance weirdly, pulling faces, etc.), Yeonhee would hesitate.
Positive traits: Intelligent, observant, compassionate
Negative traits: Boring (on shows), forgetful, picky
PERSONAL HISTORY
Born on May 15th, 1995, Yeonhee is the third child in the family with two older sisters. She was born in Busan, South Korea, but Yeonheeās family soon moved to England where her motherās career flourished. Her father is a humble businessman who works a normal nine to five job while her mother is a world renowned ballerina, scouted to join The Royal Ballet shortly after Yeonheeās birth.
Coming from a line of ballerinas, it was only natural for Yeonhee to take up the dance too. At a young age of three, Yeonhee started practicing alongside her older sisters. Every night before bedtime, Yeonhee would be forced to do a series of stretching by her mother which she had learnt to hate and even cried about it, in hopes that her mother would stop making her learn ballet.
Their maternal grandmother (A popular ex-prima ballerina in Seoul with her own ballet school) was their personal teacher (she lived with them for a few years in England). Ever since Yeonhee started, her grandmother never believed that she was born with talents for ballet and instead, focused more on making her two older sisters prima ballerina material. Still, Yeonhee persevered with the dance (despite hating it initially), hoping that her grandmother would one day recognise her hard work.
When it became clear that Yeonhee was not gaining her grandmotherās approval with ballet, Yeonhee picked up the piano at the age of six, having classes in school. Whenever her school held a piano recital or a concert, Yeonhee would invite her grandmother to watch but not once did her grandmother ever turn up. In fact, only her eldest sister would come and watch her, occasionally with their father. At eight, Yeonhee fell in love with the idea of playing the violin and started learning too, skipping a few grades at the beginning.
For ten years or so, the Moon family lived in England before Yeonheeās mother finally retired from ballet, teaching at her own motherās ballet school. Yeonheeās mother and grandmother often argued over whether or not Yeonhee should continue with ballet. Her mother insisted that Yeonheeās hard work would carry her if she was to pursue a career in ballet but her grandmother still firmly believed that Yeonhee was not born for ballet.
Now back in Korea, Yeonhee was finding it hard to make friends at school because her Korean was not fluent and when she did speak, she spoke with an accent. The kids in her class would make fun of her, resulting in Yeonhee spending most of her school time sitting by herself quietly and becoming quite recluse, even at home. In ballet classes, because Yeonhee had been learning from her grandmother and mother, she was far too advanced for classes meant for students her age and was instead, placed in an older class where she was still the outcast for being younger than everyone else. When she did try to make friends with them, they rejected her because they thought she only made it into their class through connections.
Yeonheeās eldest sister was her anchor. She was the one who comforted the youngest, told her not to work herself too hard or worry about having to earn recognition from just one person. She told Yeonhee that ballet was not the only option because she could see that while Yeonhee loved the dance, she had no passion for it. Despite what their mother wanted, Yeonhee should never do something just to please someone else.
Since then, Yeonhee took a step back from ballet. Instead of intensively training like her sisters, she went to class twice a week and started to focus more on her piano and violin playing. It was clear that Yeonhee was more interested in music than ballet at this point.
Yeonhee was scouted by a company from a video that her sister posted online of Yeonhee playing the piano and singing. Her sister was the one who took her to the audition and when she was accepted into the company, her sister was the first to tell everyone they knew that her little sister was going to be a star.
Her trainee period was tough but Yeonhee kept with it, not wanting to disappoint her sister who gave the most support. When she first debuted, Yeonhee thanked her sister first. When she left the group, her sister was Yeonheeās shoulder to cry on. Even through the next debut in another group and eventually leaving, her sister believed in Yeonhee.
With AEON now, Yeonhee hopes that she could become the person that her sister is proud of. Right now, she still feels as if she is lacking and undeserving of the support and belief that her sister has for her.
If you could put you muse in another role in Rhythms, what would it be?
Hmmm.. If I were to put Haneul somewhere else, I would want her to be in silverBeat as the Lead Dancer or maybe luckEEās main rapper. Haneul doesnāt fit being a soloist nor can she act since sheās pretty much too honest with her emotions that she would only end up fitting in very little roles. The idea of being a soloist scares Haneul too since she met a lot of wonderful people that made her trainee days tolerable. She had been carrying her dream and burdens all on her own that she wanted to be able to rely on someone every now and then. I donāt see Haneul wanting herself to be a leader of a group since she fits more of the eldest child in the family/group, someone you can rely on but still retains the childish traits in them and sometimes jealous but also very responsible. This is due to her being the youngest child in her family and having to actually mature early made her want and need someone to rely on.
Would you like your muse as a person if you met them in real life?
RHYTHMāS MUNDAY ASKBOX MEME : currently open !
AS A PERSON? i would probably think haesoo would beĀ boat-loads of fun and would probably have a crush on him, myself so yeah, iād love him as a person. as an idol? nah, probably not.
haesoo is the type that iād call up on a friday night ( that sounds like a booty call but in all honestly, i really would okayĀ )Ā to go out into the city or a party and fuck up shit, you know? heās the type where you know that if you hung out with him for the night, you know that youāre going to have a wild ride and i love those types of people.
but like, heās also the type to care for his friends and break his back in order for them to be okay like if someone had ever told him that they were sick or dying, heād drop everything in a heartbeat to bring chicken soup and make sure they were okay. heās that friend that people rarely have these days and i would definitely like him if i ever met them in real life because of these traits that he carries.
plus, heās totally fuckinā cute and iām a sucker for pretty faces.
though, an an idol? probably not. heās too reckless and messy to be someone i would like since i would think heās really problematic ... and potentially ruining the success of his own groupās debut. i feel like it all just really depends on the situation.
