How differently do they think of each other now compared to when they first met?In the beginning it was only like ‘Oh damn I want you to screw my brains out' or 'I could totally see your lips on mine’. But now, their relationship isn’t entirely about that. These days they are totally affectionate and fond and lovey-dovey of one another, while in the beginning that was a type of off limits sort of thing. They also see each other as total dorks now, while in the beginning they didn’t get that far to see those sides.

What do their friends/family think of their relationship?Well, Sho likes that Ryota isn’t bugging him all the time and actually has someone who likes that fact that he is bothering them. He does really like Hajime though, and supports him and Ryota’s relationship entirely. Ryota’s stepmom I’m certain will absolutely love Hajime if/when she meets him. Meanwhile, on Hajime’s end of things in spite of the fact that he has gotten a rough start with Taka and possibly Hajime’s dad, Taka has become a good friend of Ryota’s and Hajime’s dad has grown to tolerate(maybe will eventually like) Ryota. So, they approve the relationship along with a few others of Hajime’s friends that know. The only one who does not necessarily want the relationship to be a thing is Chikage and more or less would want it to end. But, he does support Hajime’s happiness so he’ll very barely tolerate it to pair with his immense dislike of Ryota.

How do their personalities/skills complement or contrast with each other?Well, they both are smarties so they bond over certain things that they know through that fact. They also are big losers and complement each other with silly jokes/puns or just get really giddy from only shifting a glance to the other. The contrast would have to be where Hajime is a big old sweetheart while Ryota is a stone cold asshole. Perfect match, I tell you. Ryota is only exclusively a sweetheart around Hajime tbh. Ryota is also very much a reckless spirit and Hajime does not prefer that out of him lmao.

What is their favorite aspect of each other?Hmm I’d have to say that Ryota loves how caring Hajime is—like, how shitty he could be feeling and a minute later he’ll be concerned with how another person is doing and hope that they will be alright. He finds it to be quite endearing, although he doesn’t approve at all times for certain reasons. Hajime’s is probably the fact that Ryota is very understanding and knows how to help Hajime when he is at his worst. Like, whenever the goldfish’s mood drops, Ryota seems to know exactly what to do and what to say. That’s what I think Hajime likes most but idk.

Do either of them have pet peeves about each other?Hajime’s probably has to do with how reckless Ryota can be, or how judgmental he is of himself. Like, when Ryota had to deal with the trauma upon his ex confronting him again and how he felt self-conscious about every single thing he did, about how Hajime couldn’t possibly love him anymore with the scars that he has. That probably bothers him because he finds Ryota to be nearly perfect, and is frustrated that he can’t get him to see that. Ryota’s pet peeve about Hajime would have to be how far he takes not helping himself first with others on the line too—how he puts every one else first and leaves himself as last. He wants Hajime to be content with himself too and not feel like he has to impress every one he meets.

How would each reconcile with each other after a fight?Oh gosh. Ryota would feel so bad if he would dare to raise his voice at Hajime, and would do absolutely anything to make things better if that were to happen. Like, comfort him after doing so, willing to sleep on the couch, getting tons of buckets of mango ice cream, flowers, cards, and even writing a letter. It is known that Hajime would probably not raise his voice at Ryota considering his sensitivity to those type of things anyway, so yea.

What would be their ideal vacation getaway together?The ideal vacation would probably be going to stay at a nice artistic district somewhere around the world, so they could look at artsy stuff there while enjoying each other’s time while going through the parks and museums(such as going to New York where there are lots of things of the like because of the Metropolitan and a park nearby that has sculptures). Another option would be a beach resort where Hajime could teach more swimming techniques to Ryota and they could have chances to relax.
