really have my work cut out for me. i stopped taking my meds and my productivity slowed to a halt. there’s still a part of me that wishes that I didn’t need them; but I need to remember there’s absolutely nothing wrong with the fact that they help. I think I reject that idea ans a part of just rejecting help in general. much progress to be made in that front. cleaned up, redid my desk space, and set some goals. onward and upward.

Just got locked out of my Twitter account omg… so now I’m forced to lock in. Reading, Bible study, movement, and water consumption are my top priorities.
