I never once got the sense that Ryan not telling Sophie was due to a lack of trust, but because she cares about Sophie... a lot... and she saw somethijg absolutely terrifying in those videos of Marcus and is terrified of what could happen to Sophie, especially since the people she's after already almost killed her (and Alice) once.

Ironically, Sophie's entire argument was that Ryan should trust her when in reality, the one that hasn't have the trust is Sophie. If Sophie truly trusted Ryan, she would trust that Ryan would tell her when it was safe, just like she said she would, she would step back and trust that it's for the right reasons, she would trust that Ryan wouldn't just step back from getting the people that hurt Jordan unless it was for a really good reason. Sophie told Ryan that she needs to earn her trust, but personally, I feel like Ryan hasn't done anything NOT to have Sophie's trust. If anything, Sophie needs to learn that having trust means that sometimes, you have to trust that someone may not tell you everything immediately, but that if they don't, it's for the right reasons. Ryan even went as far as telling Sophie it wasn't safe for her to tell Sophie.
