So it's after season 17. Brain damaged Wash is having trouble sleeping beacouse of the nightmares.

I mean... That's nothing new to him anyways. So he should be used to to it. But this time he can't wake up from it. He's stuck on the MOI with all of his friends and teammates that he knows are dead. He watch them, can talk with them, but every time he tries to touch, they disappear. They're gone.

It looks like it's Washington's fault. They disappear because of him. And then they appear again later, when he's still in his sleep. His nightmares.

Feeling like he's relieving their deaths.
