🐇 ⇢ do you prefer writing original characters, reader inserts, or a mix of both?
Definitely OCs! No knock to reader insert writers, but it's not my thing. I have no interest in putting myself into my stories. And I don't really even write a lot of romance, let alone reader insert romance. But I've really enjoyed inventing and fleshing out OCs when the fics called for it.
❄️ ⇢ what's your dream theme/plot for a fic, and who would write it best?
I'd really love to see a fic that traces a character's ancestors throughout the generations, with the throughline exploring how the character's family history shaped who they are. I originally thought of the idea for a fic exploring the Peralta men and their relationship to their fathers as well as their immigration story and their Italian roots. But since I've got Always Sunny on the brain, I'd love to see a similar concept looking at their Irish roots. Idk who I'd like to write it!
