My heart goes out to all the beautiful artists, volunteers, friends and strangers for their love and encouragement when we were down and defeated. We would visit many of the murals every morning before going to sleep for a few hrs. This one especially touched my heart and even more so knowing the challenges Carly faced since day one. How do you paint a weeping wall ? She captured the spirit of the wall and space so beautifully. Feeling blessed that this city has something so powerful right downtown. I hope you love it as much as I do. You may not be able to control every situation life throws at you, but you can control your attitude and how you deal with it. 💙 • This was the most challenging mural I have ever painted yet also the most rewarding. I laughed, I cried, but in the end I got her done and made some awesome new friends along the way. My heart is full.
