Genuine, friendly & clean guesthouse. We have stayed for two nights / 3 days at the Rustic Guesthouse and it was a real pleasure. Just a few minutes walking from the chaos of the centre of the town, rustic guesthouse is a comfy place where you get the feeling of being at home. The staff was very friendly and honest and were ready to answer any questions you might have. All in all me and my girlfriend would definitely recommend this place to anyone else. Thank you. Great guesthouse with helpful staff. We spent 3 nights there. The staffs are helpful and friendly. We had a great stay there. The rate is cheap. We still remember the delicious breakfast they offer. The location is great and it's not noisy at night and the convenient store is close. Don't hesitate to book the room.

Awesome place to stay in Chiang Mai! We spent 3 nights at this wonderful place during our stay in Chiang Mai. It is beautiful, cozy and the rooms are very nice. The location is good as you are 10 min away walking from the old town and 5 min away from the Ping's riverside which is a great are to look for dinner. Everything was lovely, especially the staff who were amazing. We felt sad when leaving. If we ever come back to Chiang Mai, we'll definitely stay here again. Thanks, Rustic!

Stayed twice, fantastic spotThis guesthouse is really clean and there are features in the design that are well done. It was nice and quiet at night and we always felt safe. The staff were friendly and nice. There were many breakfast options and it was tasty. It's a good location, close to the old town. Highly recommend.

Great little place! The staff was very very friendly, it’s a very safe hotel, free water and breakfast daily, clean rooms and super cute and quaint. Close to many markets and temples. The lady that was working there during our stay was very knowledgeable and friendly and she helped us look for Places to visit and book our zip line tour. Loved it

Great Hotel and Staff. The Staff were some of the nicest people we met and took very good care of us. The hotel is in the center of multiple night markets. Rooms are really good with great AC and multiple English language channels. If you want a massage the hotel staff will call White Boutique who will come pick you up for a 2.5 hour massage. Don't really understand the 2 star rating but we have traveled the world and it's legit.
