This is what happens when you have to miss @badgirlmiko and her sexy Russian flow routine due to work. I couldn’t help myself, I had to try it out! Everyone @vixenfitness looked so sexy doing this routine! -.-.-.-.-. When I finally left work around 4pm I decided to drop into a yoga class at @aumyogaannarbor. Did not realize it was a hot yoga class. I’ve never been so limber and sweaty in my life.
