What an amazing run today was. I was not expecting to hit a 6:40 tempo run. 6:49, 6:42, 6:30. Todays run was supposed to steady low intensity run for Wednesday's 3 miles. I know that patience is key when easing back into a training program. My body feels amazing and I hope that the little extra push today does not set me back again. The amazing weather today is to blame for the added push as the cooler weather felt perfect to run in.
