Long run day - cool, rainy, woke up with sinus headache from hell, did it anyway and although I didn't get 14 miles in like planned (started late due to rain), it was an awesome 12 miler... it was a total mental battle today -

The bars ARE made with 🌴 and 🌴 oil, so they have some texture and lower melt point, but I love coconut and I keep mine in my lunch bag anyway so those things are not a deal breaker for me - taste was about what I expected - not ah-mazing like a snickers bar or something, but they did taste all natural - I liked them and WILL be reordering. I did notice a little pick me up after I had the bar, which I did enjoy! The jury is out on the shakes - I added vanilla cinnamon to coffee yesterday evening - it was not bad, but still would like to experiment before making a decision on those.
