The feeling of being completely overwhelmed after the last competition is history, you may think! But I think that we can always save these moments in our heart. But still... Life is moving on and we have to keep running. Which race is going the next one? This was the question which popped up already a day before I actually run the last Half Marathon. Two races - both of them are in Switzerland, both at a lake, both in October - one is a big event one a smaller one... One is international - the other one the Swiss Championship for the Half Marathon. Both races seam to be attractive and still - you have to make a decision. Feeling like a kid in front of two different candies- I felt pulled back and forth but not on a bad way. It was much more a positive thing and made me smile... What a little gift - getting to choose... Which one? During the last months I really did learn that we should always follow our heard.... And so did I... Run the one race you feel more passionate about, the one which your little runners heart beats more for - the one you just feel like running right now... After a smaller race I decided to to the bigger one.... I think it's much harder to get into a great ranking position but when I decided to run when I was 12years old - I learned that running should always be something you do because you adore it, because you love to do it, because it's your passion and of course - we all get excited about the ranking... I would tell a lie if I would say no to that... :) Of course I am a bit scared about the crowd, about the many many runners which are going to be so so much faster - but are these not all runners which do inspire us? I am registered! And as soon as I was I felt this excitement coming up for this new next goal, for this next run and by that time I knew it... It was the right decision:) Let's keep on running - with a smile - with the passion in our heard. So long - run along....
