It's not a secret that I don't like people too much. I feel awkward being around folks who speak about things I don't like and behave in a way that I don't understand. However through running I have met more awesome people in the last 2 years than in my whole 20s and 30s combined. I'm not saying that all runners are great, there's definitely a whole bunch of idiots involved with this sport. Maybe I was just lucky or maybe I just connected with like-minded runners who share a similar approach. In the end it doesn't matter.
