Well, I ran. At a guess it was about 30 minutes and just over 3 miles. For some reason my garmin failed on me just over 2/3 of the way round my little route.
So the run. I actually enjoyed it. I started of steady, like really steady. First mile was 10:30 I think. Second mile around 9:40 and never saw the third. I’m tempted to say a little faster than the second but was faced with a particularly huge hill. I didn’t stop and I didn’t moan once in my head, pretty impressed with myself. I could have done another half hour. The only reason I stopped was because I got back to where I started in a loop (I didn’t know existed). I’m gonna have a look on map my run for some 6 mile routes.
Not the best run but nice to know I’m not back at “square one”. Still got it (a bit).
The hills were hard but I am most definitely harder.
