Take the breaks where you can get ‘em.” He smiled back at the woman and studied her body language for a moment: she seemed more bashful, but not necessarily like she wanted him to buzz off. He shifted to address the bartender. “Can I get a beer, Vadim? And uh--” He glanced to her with a small smirk as the beer came sliding his way. “Get you something? Doesn’t have to be a drink, obviously. Unless that’s what you want.”

“Well hello there, pussycat, long time no-see. Couldn’t stay away, could you?”

You wouldn’t know it with his affinity for violence, but he’s actually pretty squeamish: puke, blood, spit, etc....any bodily fluids give him the heebie jeebies in a major way
