You know what annoys me? Polytrix shippers trying to act like there is subtext to Rujinu as much as Polytrix. There isn't because it means you aren't paying attention to the story at all.
Like it's made clear that the story has Huntrix as a found family who don't want to pork each other. Polytrix shippers want them to pork.
The film makes it clear, Huntrix are attracted to the Saja Boys and are very heterosexual. I have never seen straight arousal made more evidently clear as this film does.
Plus the story was going for Enemies to lovers with Rujinu. They need to start as enemies before becoming lovers. That is how this trope works.
Plus the film, and the concept art makes it clear that Rumi and Jinu are meant to be a couple. Their trope makes it difficult for them, but they are a couple. The ONLY REASON HUNTRIX SURVIVES IS BECAUSE JINU CARES ABOUT RUMI! Rumi in return CARES ABOUT JINU! Otherwise Gwima would have won.
What I love about this last picture, was that it was told that Rumi feels pressure about being a Hunter, but the moment Jinu arrives her mind goes quiet. Jinu makes things better by being there. While Mira and Zoey are her best friends, the love interest does things they can't.
