A classic cocktail featuring the rich flavors of dark rum, the spiciness of ginger beer, and the zing of lime, with an extra kick from crystallized ginger.
Ingredients: 2 oz dark rum. 3 oz ginger beer. 1 slice crystallized ginger. 1 lime wedge.
Instructions: Fill a highball glass with ice cubes. Pour the dark rum over the ice. Top up with ginger beer. Garnish with a slice of crystallized ginger and a lime wedge. Stir gently before serving.
