Despite Wren being in jail, she was on high alert. Not because of what she couldn’t do. To her, that was impossible to think. No, it had to do with the fact that her own gang fucked up on a mission she didn’t even approve of. It was the figurative stick that broke the camel’s back in this scenario. The Diamonds probably had a new leader by now, the Hearts seemingly quiet which also unnerved her in many ways. She kept cool, though, collected like she always was. Her hands were on a gift for a friend of hers, her mind still reeling with possibilities on how to make her leadership seem unwavering. As she turned, though, she bumped into someone and placed a free hand on her own chest. “Oh, shit. I’m sorry. I didn’t see you there. The holidays, they’ve got my mind all messed up.”
