“Ruby!”
Pyrrha waved at the younger girl, making sure she knew Pyrrha was already very early that day. Just the other day Pyrrha had asked Ruby to spend the day with her at Mermaid Cove Mall so she could get help buying presents, and look where they were now! The former gladiator had arrived an hour early, unsure if the other girl would be punctual or early. She should have known Ruby wasn’t the type to be early, but the effort was worth it.
“So, I was thinking we start the day looking at potential gifts for people. I have been having far too much trouble coming up with gifts for Yang and really everyone, so I’m glad you’re here.” She offered a smile, realizing she had yet to ask what Ruby wanted to do today. “Oh I’m being rude. Is there someone you’re shopping for today? We can start with them if you want. I’m not sure how much I’ll be able to help, but I can certainly try.”
