Mumbai rubber values continue moving near recent highs
PBR 1220 domestic trading levels advanced again this week as the Mumbai market extended its recent upward streak with another firm increase. Indian PBR 1220 prices closed at Rs 310/kg, up Rs 15/kg from Rs 295/kg recorded a week earlier. The latest rise followed several largely stable sessions before late-week strength pushed values closer toward the upper side of the broader trading cycle. Fortnight gains also reached Rs 20/kg, while the month-on-month comparison reflected continued stability above the Rs 290/kg range in domestic activity.
The longer-term comparison continued to underline the scale of the recent move. Around three months ago, the grade was trading near Rs 152/kg, while six-month gains stood at Rs 145/kg. Year-on-year values also remained sharply higher against the earlier base near Rs 182/kg. Indian PBR 1220 prices continued to trade close to the recent broader-cycle high around Rs 350/kg, although most day-to-day movements remained comparatively narrow during the week. Market activity also stayed above the earlier lower trading range near Rs 280/kg, maintaining a firmer short-term tone. Current PBR 1220 prices in India therefore continued to reflect stable domestic market positioning despite widening volatility toward the end of the week.Mumbai Rubber Market, Mumbai Rubber, Rubber Prices, Recent Highs, Market Trend, Synthetic Rubber.
