FIXED:
If you were to put a hit counter/online user script as your second stat, it wouldn't have worked - there was an extra "</script>" at the end of the second stat code.
If you have installed one of those themes before the aforementioned time and date, search (command+f) for "{text:stat two}" - there should be another </script> after that, just delete it.
