The game was to find the one/few solutions that could heal the country, without much knowledge or preparation. This was not a very realistic aim. The player who got to the end presented “their” solution that to heal the country we need a constitutional amendment to reform campaign finance. They did pretty good, considering.

Frank, I have a question for you. If you were being pursued by a bear, what would your strategy be to escape that bear with your life?
1) get in the bear's way by distracting or confusing it
2) if the bear was really hungry enough, it might stop for a quick snack even if this risked its life. it wouldn't be in too good shape otherwise.
3) this is the worst option. get the bear to focus its energies on your friends instead.
As for the "novel" I was trying to make, well... here is a link to the first few chapters of the first one. But I'd say the writing style is closer to my own at this point (and that's without adding any of the extra stuff you see in the published work). I think you'll see a difference between the published novel and the "incomplete novel."

Yep, I've looked at it some (there were a lot of interesting things in there that I didn't know about), though I have to say I don't think I've yet found anything I can use in the novel itself.
Why can’t I sleep? Is it true one can’t sleep if another dreams about them?
I always thought that what caused me to be anxious about being alone in the dark was my own personal anxiety disorder, but I've talked to a lot of people who have a similar disorder and there does seem to be a correlation between anxiety disorders and nightmares, with "nightmare disorder" being the less well-understood cousin of the well-known anxiety disorder.
