I know we shouldn’t pick a favorite, but hmmm let’s see. I think my most fav character to write is not even a RO 🤔 ((You will get to meet her in the next chapter that’s for sure. And I hope everyone can shower her some love.))

As for ROs, right now you may feel the bias toward V purely bc V is the only one who interacts with MC in the current update. Besides from being one of the ROs, V is also one of the Chosen Ones of this story, and actively acts as an usher to the new players. So I would say the general content about V didn’t stem from my bias or favoritism toward them but more about them being one of the plot devices I use. Sounds cold and cliché I know but every story has one.

You do get more contents from V regardless of your present relationship with V however.

As for other ROs, I definitely enjoy writing all of them. But Sandalphon is the most difficult one to write, so every times there’s a scene where they are involved I feel momentarily emotionally drained that I need to take a break from writing.

Hi Anon! for this question I have two versions of explanations for you (I tend to ramble more than I need to so forgive me lol you can just read the short ver. and call it a day!)

Short version

Doesn't want to see his child form an intimate relationship with an Alter or the rising star of the empire differs from generally seeing them in a positive light, considering it is two different matters completely.

Both V and D work for/with Bastien in a way, and while giving them a nod of approval as someone he may allow to exist in MC's lonely childhood, for them to start a whole another form of bond with his kid is another topic in which he most likely doesn't want to even begin to imagine about.

Long version

We will need to take it in context here that Bastien tries to keep MC's existence, and anything related to them, behind closed doors as much as possible. If, let's say, MC somehow falls for D, who has to be in public spotlights all the time. You will start to understand his aversion towards them being in a relationship, right? And we don't need to mention about V bc we all well aware of how taboo/forbidden a romance between Alter and Stargazer is in society. So it's automatically a big no-no for him as well.

It's not like the idea of S being in a relationship with MC will soothe his arching headache more than the other two, but put Eutopia's standard into contexts; choosing S as a partner who has so many powerful strings to pull from for MC's protection is way worth than risking MC's secrets from spilling by entrusting them to a couple of kids (in his pov).

Welp, this is like, waaaay ahead of current storyline. So if I answer truthfully it will contain a lot of spoilers...

Appearance : 5’10’’/6’3’’ Honey skin. Angular silver eyes of Stargazer that will constantly remind you where the rising star of Eutopia got all that sharp-look from.

They have rather remarkable straight jet-black hair. 

For M!Sandal his ink-like hair is well-taken care of and reaches around his waist. And for F!Sandal she decides to keep it trimmed around her shoulder in a sleek bob style without bangs.

Both of their counterparts dress in their household uniform. A standing collar top with matching-color skirt.

They always carry a teak-wooden cane around like a die-hard habit. Must be some irreversible injury in the past, hence why the need of use.

It is worth noting that they refuse to go anywhere without it. Will it become a weakness we can easily hammer upon in the near future?

Motivation : Mending an invisible wound between two factions.

We need to make sure they stick to their role as dedicated peacemaker and nothing more.

Relationships : 

Dana/Darren is their biological heir. They have a decent parent-child relationship. However, there is not much parental-bonding happening in the household, and Sandalphon seems to avoid bringing up any topics that directly relate to their child in the parliament.

President Palmer shares a mutual respect for one another. As the Head of Deans, Sandalphon often serves as a helpful aide to the president whenever he needs advice. Whether it be governing matters or something else that can become mutinous, we cannot say yet.
