Theyâre taking a stroll down the park, simply talking. Chanyeol stares ahead and nods occasionally, not contributing much aside the occasional comment or two to the conversation, but he finds he enjoys it nevertheless.
âI am one of the few honest people that I have ever known.â
Chanyeolâs first reaction is to argue, but when he stops to think about her words, he finds that he canât. Thinking about how he didnât actually grow up in Korea, and the project he works so earnestly on when ever he has time, is not for a science fair or whatever made up excuse he has to supply at any give moment. âYouâre one of the few honest people that Iâve know too.â He says with a grin, âAnd Iâm glad to have meet you, though itâs only been a few hours so iâm not so sure I can say just how honest you are, but you seem pretty honest to me.â
It was unusual for Harumi to be seen talking to a stranger, but on her jog, she met this man and they exchanged a few words here and there. He was already falling into her trap.Trap? Was it? She didnât know what made her tell the man that she was honest. It was not a false statement, however. She does speak her mind at times and is not afraid of telling people the truth even when it hurts.
âI think sometimes I say a little too much.â Harumi softly chuckles, running her fingers through her hair. She did have that habit of hers of speaking without thinking at times. Curse that mouth of hers for saying more than she should. âHarumi, by the way.â They have been speaking for awhile, but she never introduced herself. It was not everyday where some stranger kindly speaks to her even if she might say something sooner or later that drives them away.
