Flynn:

* Always wished for scales or horns, but now that he finally has scales, he is not all too happy about them. He might be again in the future though, but for now, he isn't * Emil call's him ancient ice because he has two ancient bloodlines in his body. Hayle's "godside" is ice, so for Emil, he becomes ancient ice.

* Has always wanted to be a vet like his dad, and is working hard towards becoming one. He hopes to either start his own clinic or work alongside his dad and Arlene.

Arlene:

* Is at the top of her class, and River will help her train to be a vet when she gets that far. She is not the girl that lets anything stand in her way.

* Will always be super close to her twin

* Her current situation will never ever hold her back from her dreams. She will follow them just like she always had, perhaps she will have to adjust how, but never the end goal.

Eltanin:

* Still wants to be a mage with all his heart, even though he deep downs knows he probably can't. He will still keep trying.

* As he knows mage will be hard, he has decided to become a librarian. That way he gets to work with the second biggest love of his life; Books. He is a typical dragon that way, and he loves knowledge, the more the better.

With how long Hayden has been sick, you would think he can handle it pretty well. The truth is, he has never been able to. The fact that he got a taste of what an almost normal life could be until the heartlight was broken just made things worse

For the shortest time in his life, he was almost normal. Being slapped back to a more sickly state has affected him in many ways. he is more reclusive, quieter, and old thoughts have made a return as well. He handles it slightly differently, he is open with his husband about his issues and he tries to focus on the good things.
