Got red not purp for a change and I spy something there green - that's all the Christmas spirit I need! Which is good because it's about all I'm gonna get too. While it's fresh, sit down and work out how you could've avoided lost, stolen and slow delivery this year - then NOW start putting those ideas in place and start delivering promptly for the whole year not 11/12ths of it.
