i am so bothered by the jewelry in the crown s3 it ruins my enjoyment of the show! the tiaras are just so damn horrible. even their placement is horrible, and even freaking dollar store brooches she wears are horrible. my eyes hurt. i loved the tiaras (and necklaces!) in the first 2 seasons (except the way too big halo but at least it looked like a real tiara and pretty). i have been ruined by my knowledge of tiaras and royal jewels and apparently theres no going back. i can rant for hours!
Yeah pretty disappointed with all the beautiful pieces made for season 1 š«

Itās really hurts me. My mother is watching and noticed the decline in the jewelry. Ā And she doesnāt even care or enjoy tiaras

Iām really disappointed because I really didnāt expect the terrible downgrade of replicas. I mean what happened, I just really ruins the look, the clothes and costumes are perfect but then the tiaras are just lacking. A lot of the times the tiaras are iconic to their characters but no they want small fairy Princess crowns, itās just so sad!
Looks to me like none of the earrings or necklaces are even close to anything actually worn by the Royal Familyā¦ I could find better jewels at Claireāsā¦
So the prevailing feeling about the tiaras this season is disappointment and I have to agree.Ā Iām a broken record by this point but I donāt expect all of the jewelry to be perfect replicas because thatās just not realistic.Ā What I do expect is for them to at least try and theyāve stopping trying.Ā In season two they added a few replicas to their collection and I expected them to add a few more this season.Ā Instead theyāve gone backwards to no replicas at all.Ā I donāt understand how the costume department that makes the impeccable clothing replicas can be the same one not even bothering with the jewelry.Ā The disconnect between the two is distracting.
