So obviously he was following Rex around as Rex was walking around. Roxy was connected to an oxygen machine which Rex was carrying on his back.

"You seem tired Rex what about I take her for a bit?" Mark said offering his arms out. Rex was clearly hesitant. Not because Mark did something wrong but the metal around his hand and the fact Rex was doing something called the kangaroo method. He was trying to strengthen her immune system.

"They checked you for space germs after battling that Conquest guy right?" Rex asked as he adjust the 5iny baby in his arms," I don't want her getting so baby space virus that you might unknowingly be carrying. "

"Rex your paranoid. I've showered multiple times since then."Mark replied slightly offended as he crossed his arms.

"You also currently have a metal cast on your arm Mark. She's fragile." Rex said gesturing the sleeping baby against his check,"She's barely gained two pounds. She's still super tiny and she might not react well to cold metal on her back."

"Rex" Mark said easing his tone slightly,"I'm pretty sure she'd react way worse if you run yourself into the ground. Plus I took care of Oliver just fine I can handle her."

"Oliver was the equivalent of a healthy one year old when you met him Mark. She's again small, has a weak immune system and can't sneeze without her little body shaking." Rex said as he rubbed circles into her tiny back. He was worried and was afraid if he let little Roxy go she'd disappear. Mark put a hand on Rex's shoulder.

"Rex baby you need rest your rib was exposed and you nearly blew yourself up. I'll wrap this arm in a blanket and be extra careful. Okay?" Mark said reassuringly as Rex sighed nuzzling the little princess. Rex carefully handed her over once the metal was wrapped up and you know Mark chest was available for skin to skin. Roxy squirmed for a moment before she settled.
