Had my dentist appointment. Verdict on the mouth: it's not an abscess or anything horrifying, just a run-of-the-mill infection. Got me an oral rinse, a prescription for an antibiotic, and of course a referral to an oral surgeon.

Unsurprisingly the dentist thinks all four should go; I'll see what the surgeon thinks at the consult. Fortunately, the extraction is not URGENT, and I can get the infection cleared up in the meantime. It's costing me and it's gonna cost me more, but hopefully I can set up some kind of payment plan for the surgery, and as for the immediate stuff, well, thank goodness for my tax refund.

Thanks for all the support, guys, I'm feeling a lot less OH SHIT about things than I was this morning.
