Wether it's good or bad. I'm looking forward to the new joker movie. There is only one portrayal of the infamous villain I did not care for. Obviously that one was maybe trying to hard to be cool. However, when it comes to Cesar Romero, Jack Nicholson, and Heath Leger I feel they all brought the comic villain to life with their own personal charisma and darkness living up to the nemesis of the cape crusader. This new view on this character by Joaquin Phoenix looks to be on par with a new look on the creation story. Only time will tell and we shall see if it lives up to this hype. As for me I have found the psychology of this maniac to always fit well in my Rorshach toothbrush creations and have a always enjoyed drawing this character from time to time.
