For the following eight days, we will focus on Muladhara, our root chakra. The root chakra is the first chakra and is located at the base of the spine. It represents the root of our being and is connected to the energy of our ancestors. The root chakra is the center of every connection you have with your body, your environment, and the Earth. Because it is the most instinctual chakra, it serves as the survival center of the body (hence “fight or flight”). It is very common to experience imbalances. In order to balance this chakra, we must allow our souls to be present in every situation and be connected to the physical body. We must focus on our basic and emotional needs. And in return, the universe will give us good energy; We will allow ourselves to let positivity flow upward which balances the following six chakras. These eight days will target embracing change and finding stability/security for ourselves in order to begin the process of our personal growth.
Make sure your letters to yourselves are done by tomorrow!
