my new craft this year is leather craft! this is my first attempt and i learnt… uhh… a lot (last week i didn’t know what a rotary cutter was, so. a lot). deeply satisfying to make, though, and i’m excited to start a new project soon! (PAULDRON. PAULDRONNNNN.)
i need to make the thigh straps and belt loop to finish off this potion pouch, but i haven’t decided on the colour yet and also apparently the strap cutter will save a life. so that’s next!

me: sure i freestyled a bunch of it because i didn’t read the pattern properly and then decided to alter some other bits but it looks sick!
me: how difficult could making this possibly be
learning the basics of using a sewing machine and accumulating a few shirt and trouser patterns means i Never have to go clothes shopping—specifically work!clothes shopping—again. no more dysphoria horror kaleidoscope for me! i have voted No, Thank You. and then i added star wars fabric to it.
