China Pavilion by Tsinghua University + Studio Link-Arc at Milan Expo 2015. A unitization algorithm has been used to optimize the roof cladding. Roof design by Satoru Sugihara. Rejecting the typical notion of a cultural pavilion as an object in a plaza, the China Pavilion is instead conceived as a field of spaces.
