In this series of posts, I’m sharing all the unreleased content (minus a few duplicates) I found in the oasisstrings text file, even when it wasn’t very interesting, so we have a comprehensive list of the lines that were cut in each Far Cry 3 story mission.

On a side note, the document never says which character is speaking, so every time you see names, it’s either because the corresponding audio files were available and I know who the speaker is, or because the context made it easy to guess their identity.

Today with a little bit different... Little dumbo octopus "girl" Rongo.

They are a former experiment, as a little egg they got already all kind of experiments done on them. Trying to "raise" a fish human creature.

It worked as one might see, but Rongo themself has no idea what happens when they would try to get offsprings. Them as well many other "experiments" had escaped the laboratory when a huge fire broke out.

Ending up with a very mixed family of others like her. People of the sea, from the world of the ReTaker, to other worlds. So to say, a found family of all kind of fish like "monsters".

A shark boy with his human pirate wife. A male sirene, who has to learn to speak the human language first. A very bity sister, who has genes of shark and human in herself as well... Always hungry and the others always making sure she is not eating the wrong things.
