We can assume that a portion of the fifth person is not actually a smoker but possibly a casual smoker when he's drunk.Â
Or we can assume the administration of this school is as stupid as its students.Â
This is a great example of how a school should not use Advertising English -- even if that is what they are doing. This perpetuates the problem of kids speaking this way instead of Standard Written English.
