Anger Management (Ransom/Roman)
Ransom has enough going on with his one shit to have to babysit his men. They were hired to do a job and if they were going to work under him they better know how to do it. Roman had seemed to get this. Ransom didn’t know his whole past, just what the castle gave him since they were the ones hiring people now it was the castle’s town. He wasn’t exactly happy with the hires, but Roman seemed to get how things work. Yes he had a temper, but so did Ransom, he just figured Roman wouldn’t be stupid enough to actually lose it on the wrong person.Â
Low and behold how so many had a tendency to prove him wrong, enough he shouldn’t be surprised and yet he was when he found out the idiot killed a master. Granted he couldn’t fully hate on him since his own vendetta required him to kill a councilman or die trying, but it was going to be planned and he wouldn’t get caught, but Roman with his temper made every conceivable mistake and had witnesses so there was nothing Ransom could do but turn him over to the castle when requested and how Matt had drank that up as if it was some failure on his part. Course that’s how the council saw it made him wonder if this was more of the bastard who killed his mother’s game. Vampire’s were patient things. They had forever to play cat and mouse. Ransom was going to enjoy ripping the fucker in half when he figured out which one it was. Hell he’d take out all four if it was feasible. But he knew he was out of his league as is, even with the equipment.Â
Roman was still one of his guys so he felt obligated to check on him. Specially since he was in meeting with Matt anyway since the asshole wouldn’t give him slave files so he had to meet him in his office to read through them. He’d gotten to Roman’s knowing it had more in it then the one he received prior, but didn’t read it. If Roman wanted him to know about him, he’d tell him. Ransom wasn’t going to pry that hard when he didn’t have reason. He wasn’t losing sleep over a dead vampire at krovs.Â
He found the cell the ex officer was in. “Was it wroth it?” He asked as he looked in at the other not exactly pleased with the sight, but Roman was a cop meaning he knew actions had consequences and ones he couldn’t outrun if he acted on impulse.Â
