“Ughhh Nic!” She clutched her stomach, obviously in pain. A contraction was ripping through her after she felt what she could only interpret as her water breaking.

He hadn’t thought much of it, those aggressive footsteps and approaching, familiar scent - it was assumed that the dead-eyed attack dog would simply stalk past him, toward some unseen goal.         Of course, he’d make a comment, and more than likely make a pass at the elder’s rear as he went, all in good fun... or.. the ashen beast planned as such...        Until a firm grip and a powerful force allowed his spine to make intimate contact with the wall behind him, a deep, questioning exhale releasing all his breath at once. Tourmaline irises shrunk even further, as his gaze lowered slowly - what the hell was this?              Had he managed to piss the guy off, sometime today?      Maybe he was tired of the constant flirting, or rough hands placed where they shouldn’t.. Had something happened with the Little Ferret - was i - - - ??? ? ???

          An intense warmth collided with scarred lips, and he froze - entirely unused to being on the receiving end of anything more aggressively affectionate.                  It was instinctive, but that caustic mouth of his parted lightly, to allow free reign if the dark-haired hunter was curious... lids fell partway, and the ivory monster’s lips upturned into a hellish grin, it was damned cute that the handsome swordsman was romantic-minded enough to close his eyes during a kiss.

            He allowed them to part, and relaxed his posture, as though he had intended to be there, in this compromising position,  all a long.

                “Ya’ feel better?         I ain’t complainin’,  but what kinda sap closes his eyes fer’ somethin’ like that,     after pushin’ a man against a wall?”
