Me and @bunny-bun-draws have been talking about this nekotalia au for so long and I just wanna talk about it because I love germany cat and his suffering.

Basic Outline!

Nekotalia Names germany cat- germouser prussia cat- prucat italy cat- itabby romano cat - rogato spain cat- spagata england cat - iggycat america cat- amecat

I decided for Prussia and Germany to be based on the Cornish Rex, more so than the German Rex of popular interp, from what I have seen anyway. I just love how awkward and lanky they are and that just really fits for Germany and Prussia as cats. Prucat is obviously just the albino brother of Germouser.

I like to think the both of them were trained by Germany similar to how Germany trains dogs, so they are similarly clicker and button trained. Both originally were on the street until Prussia brought them home. Germany does not like cats, he does not enjoy cats, he was used to Italy's cat, who was rambunctious, poorly trained and prone to food theft.

He placed a household ban on cats, but Prussia brought home these two balls of half skin half thin hair and he caved... but he refused to not have them be trained properly. Just a:

Prussia: You know you can't crate train a cat, right? Germany: [clicks his clicker and points to Germouser's crate.] Germouser, slowly walking before sphynx crounching in the crate.] Germany: [clicks again and gives Germouser a treat.] Prussia, giving Germany a look like he just spat in his face: You're so fucking weird why are you like this.

So Germouser is well trained and hunts pests that get into the house like bugs and mice, while Prucat often walks around the perimeter of the house keeping an eye on anything getting into the property, usually from the roof. Bro will just climb the sides of the house like its nothing. Freak ass cat.

Prucat is more feral since he tends to get away with a lot of stuff because Prussia didn't plan to clicker train his cat, but he did teach Prucat to use buttons so often Prucat will tell Prussia to do things, reminds him of his chores and asks to be let outside.

Germouser is very structured which makes it hard for him to interact with other cats because everyone else is super lax and spoils their cats. So while Germouser hangs out with Itabby at Feli's house, he's watching him go between Feli's legs while hes cooking [against the rules!] and eating things that fall on the floor [SUPER AGAINST THE RULES] and Feli tries to pay the cheese tax or something similar to Germouser but he refuses to eat it and then starts a wrestling fight with Itabby about it.

Feli calling Ludwig and asking why his cat hates treats and why does he hate him. Ludwig comes over to pick them up from his house and just whistles and he comes over happily like its nothing. Feli's crying and Ludwig having to explain it to him that Germouser only eats treats by hand and when he's given his go eat phrase so that he doesn't go after any piece of food that gets dropped and risks eating something that hurts himself. Feli, confused cause you can do that?

Itabby talks with buttons and at one point Romano taught him to swear, Feli hates it SO MUCH

Rogato and Spagata live in a nearby church together. Spagata lived there first and brought home this lil runt and they just raised him there. While Matteo does have a hand in taking care of him, the lil guy spends most of his time at the church napping in the laps and at the feet of saintess', as god intended.

Prucat and Spagata hang out a lot and talk about their weird little sibling/kids.

Spagata is a boy, but he lost his balls in a fight [i know spanish would make him spagato, but spagata just sounds very silly and i like it more]

Prucat breaks into Feli's house a lot and watches him sleep. pov youre feli and just turned on your light to get some water:

Iggycat and Amecat were related but dont see eachother as much because he lives on a different continent now. I like to think Alfred keeps up a cat livestream so iggycat can watch his siblings fight eachother from 10000 miles away.
