I think when you’re use to a feeling, it’s just easier to fall back into it. It makes me wonder, am I a coward for choosing familiarity? At least I know what I will get. I’ll feel some thing at least.

are people cowards for seeking pain? Isn’t that what we label people who inflict ultimate self harm, selfish cowards?
